Injuries are common for runners, but many are preventable. Led by experts in run coaching and physical therapy, our interactive workshop will provide you with the tools to have your strongest training cycle so far. You'll walk away with a running-specific strength routine, tweaks to make to your training plan to reduce injury risk, and a quick warm-up for every run.
